GrayCat Markdown questions

Are documents uploaded to a GrayCat server?

No. GrayCat Markdown does not operate a document server. Files remain in a local folder you choose or in Apple iCloud. Cloud AI is optional; relevant text goes directly to the provider you configure only after you confirm the scope and start the action.

Can Mac and iPhone/iPad use the same documents?

Yes. Use the app's dedicated iCloud Documents folder, or authorize your own writing folder through the system file picker.

Why might images need to be re-uploaded on a publishing platform?

Publishing services handle copied images differently. If a service cannot accept an image from the preview, upload it with that service's own uploader.

Where can I find the installed version?

On Mac, choose “About GrayCat Markdown” from the app menu. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → General → iPhone/iPad Storage → GrayCat Markdown.
